1. Copyright Responsibility

SaveTube is an independent website and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access, download, or use any content submitted through the Site.

SaveTube does not encourage copyright infringement and does not authorize users to download copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder.

2. No Hosting Statement

SaveTube does not host, store, publish, or distribute third-party video or audio content on its static website pages. If a future live service processes user-submitted URLs, copyright owners may still contact us about concerns involving use of the Site.

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe your rights are being infringed through SaveTube, send a written notice to legal@savetube.online with the following information:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or identifying information for the allegedly infringing material or activity
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Review Process

After receiving a complete notice, SaveTube will review the submission and may restrict access, remove references, or take other appropriate action where applicable. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay review.

5. Counter Notices

If you believe material or access was restricted by mistake, you may send a counter notice to legal@savetube.online. The counter notice should include your contact information, the material affected, and a statement explaining why you believe the restriction was made in error.
